Highlander is a massive multi-level venue on Walking Street, Balibago — one of the mega-bars that dominate the Angeles City strip, with several themed sections and multiple bars across its floors. Built for large crowds, it runs the standard Fields Avenue a-go-go, drinks and barfine format at scale. Size and the spread of rooms under one roof are the draw.
