Panama Club is the main late-night nightclub in the Soi Bintabaht cluster, the compact bar zone at the centre of Hua Hin's nightlife. It's where the beer-bar crowd heads on once the surrounding bars wind down — a mixed crowd of tourists, expats and locals, music and a dance floor, open late. The club end of an otherwise low-key, beer-bar-driven resort scene.
