Tilac is one of Soi Cowboy's most established GoGo bars, midway down the neon strip off Sukhumvit between Asok and Phrom Phong. It has long carried a reputation as one of the busier, better-regarded rooms on the soi, with a loyal regular crowd and a steady rotation of dancers on a standard a-go-go, beer and lady-drink format. A dependable anchor stop on a Cowboy bar-hop rather than a show bar.
